FOP President Todd Mumford and PO2 Churchill May 4th, 2016, Dover, DE: Today PO2, Josh Churchill was recognized by the Delaware Department of Corrections for being named Probation Officer of the Year. Brother Churchill works in the Georgetown Probation Officer monitoring a Level 3 DV Caseload and is also a member of the Departments Correctional Emergency Response Team (CERT). Josh was noted for his excellent work ethic and dedication to the department, as well as the community. This is the second award of the year for Brother Churchill; earlier in the year he was awarded a DSP Challenge Coin for his living saving efforts while traveling off duty (see article below). Congratulations, Brother Churchill!
