Delaware Probation and Parole assisted by Delaware State Police have arrested two people after a probationary administrative search reveals materials used in making Methamphetamine (Meth). On 11/30/2016, the Kent County Governors Task Force (GTF) a Joint Task Force of Delaware Probation and Parole Officers and Delaware State Troopers, responded to Hedgerow Hollow for an arrest attempt on Reese D. Heesh, 40 of Dover, and Robert L. Lambdin, 51 of Smyrna, both of whom were wanted by Probation and Parole for Violation of Probation. Officers from GTF located Heesh and Lambdin inside the residence and take them into custody without incident. Probation and Parole Officers then conducted an administrative search, Probation Officers located equipment and component mixtures of the manufacturing stages of Meth along with key ingredients in making the drug, as well as an active “one-pot” bottle. Heesh was found to be in possession of .015 grams of heroin and .03 grams of cocaine, while Lambdin was found to have 3 dosage units of Methylphenidale hydrochloride and 5 dosage units of Dronabinol without holding a prescription for either. Reese Heesh and Robert Lambdin were arrested by Probation on the violation and State Police added the new charges of Operating a Clandestine Laboratory, Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Conspiracy 2nd, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Heesh was additionally charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Heroin, while Lambdin was additionally charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription. Heesh and Lambdin were arraigned and then committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of their bonds. Neighbors were evacuated due to hazardous environment for approximately two hours while DNREC responded to complete containment and clean-up.
