Dover- On Tuesday, Officers from Delaware Probation and Parole and Dover Police arrested two men on drug-related charges near the 200 block of West Reed Street.

Quinton Russ, 34, an active probationer was found to be in possession of a full vial of PCP. Officers then conducted a secondary search of Russ’ vehicle and located an additional 42.52 grams of PCP.

Thomas Clark, 29, who was with Ross, was found to be in possession of six MDMA pills.

Both suspects were taken into custody without incident. Clark was charged with possession of MDMA and released on an unsecured bond. 

Russ was charged with Violation of Probation, Possession with the Intent to Deliver PCP, Possession of PCP, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $20,100 secured bond.
