Dover- On Thursday, Delaware Probation and Parole Officers assisted by Delaware State Police and Dover Police executed an administrative search on Michael Grabowski, 37, at his reported residence, the Sleep Inn in Dover. Upon entry, officers made contact with Grabowski and a female subject, Ashley Deel, 26.
Probation’s search of the room turned up 1,043 bags of heroin, three doses of Suboxone, and other drug paraphernalia. All items seized were then turned over to police on the scene for processing and new charges.
Grabowski was charged by Dover Police with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin-Tier V, drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree conspiracy; as well as additional unspecified charges from the Delaware State Police. He was committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of his $53,000 bond.
Deel was also charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin-Tier V quantity, drug paraphernalia, and second-degree conspiracy. She was committed to the Delores J. Baylor Correctional Institution in default of her $41,2000 bond.
